Sandpaper is a project space, bookstore, and general resource dedicated to bridging the gap between art, politics, and everyday forms of resistance. From printed matter to public activities, our possibilities are as numerous as the many communities that make up Los Angeles, both real and imaginary. A complexity culminating in a realized simplicity, a sense of humor, and a few drops of spirits are our inspiration. Anarchists, artists, bad workers, eccentrics, runaways, bad kids, philosophers, whatever the label, we declare them co-conspirators.

After much experimentation and learning Sandpaper has decided to start an online store. We will be adding new items daily and hopefully become a resource for rare printed matter.
